Ordering
Orders may be placed via the Internet from our web site at: http://www.spafilters.com, by email at: orders@spafilters.com or by calling our Toll Free Order Line at: 800-861-4662. All orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped out at the earliest possible time. Orders that will be delayed due to production scheduling or back orders will be notified within 2 business days.
Payment
All orders are shipped pre-paid using Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or PayPal™. Pre-Payment via check sent by U.S. Mail will also be accepted.
Shipments
Shipments are F.O.B. Ava, MO. Spa Filters Direct will assist customers with tracking of or the location of damaged or lost shipments, however damaged or lost packages are solely the responsibility of the freight company and/or the buyer. All packages are shipped via UPS Ground service. Standard shipping is available in the 48 contiguous states only. International / air shipments available for all other areas at additional cost to customer.
Shipping
All orders under $100 are shipped for a flat rate of $3.00. Orders of $100 or more will be shipped via GROUND SERVICE for free within the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and outlying territories will be charged actual shipping costs. International customers should call for a price quote.
Warranties
Spa Filters Direct honors all manufacturers warranties on all of the products we sell. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Spa Filters Direct - Price Match Policy
At Spa Filters Direct we strive to offer the most competitive prices for filters possible backed by a true commitment to service, both before and after the sale. Unfortunately, with the vast number of retailers on the Internet we are not always able to monitor prices and adjust ours to match.
If you should encounter a lower price on a filter, we will do our best to match any competitors price on name brand merchandise. Simply call us at 1-800-861-4662 and be able to show us the lower price so that we can verify the price and product. Please consider other company's shipping or handling fees when comparing prices. Prices will be compared on a same quantity basis. We will not match prices for factory seconds, freight damaged, one-of-a-kind or other inferior products. Price Matching applies to only legitimate on-line or catalog retailers.
While we realize that price is very important, it goes without saying that service is what sets companies apart.
Return Policy
At Spa Filters Direct, we do our best to help you get the right filter for your spa the first time. However, sometimes an error does occur either in the description of your current filter or in the way a filter is measured or ordered. When an error occurs we will do everything in our power to make the order right. No matter who is to blame!
If you receive a filter that doesn't meet your needs just follow the following steps:
Do not return or refuse an item without contacting us for an RMA Number.
- Save the original packaging that you received the filter(s) or other products in. This is especially important for those of you who order more than one filter at a time. Place the filter(s) or other products back into their packaging and reseal the package.
- Contact us either by email or phone as soon as you realize there is a problem. We'll do our best at that time to determine the filter that you need. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) which is required to expedite the process.
- When the correct filter is identified we will ship them to you promptly. If there is a difference in price between the filters it will be adjusted at that time. If the new filter costs less than the one that you have already received, we'll credit your credit card. Your credit card will be charged the difference should the new filter cost more. You will be notified if there are any credits or charges to your credit card.
- Send us the filter(s) or other items using UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail. No refunds will be issued without our receipt of the merchandise. We can not refund shipping costs.
In some rare cases the filter that your spa uses may have been discontinued. If this is the case we will do our best to come up with a suitable retrofit for your application.
Items returned for refund may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time. Prices at time of ordering will be honored. Customers are invited to contact us with requests to match pricing from other suppliers. Only written or publicly posted prices for comparable quality spa filters will be honored.
